Fiôvâ Provincial Chancery


  1. The Provincial Government of Fiôvâ may confer an honour, Stalwart of the Four Stars, upon any of Talossa's citizens that are considered eligible by provincial law.
  2. Talossan citizens may be considered eligible if they have displayed exceptional service in promoting the importance of the Talossan Republic's heritage as part of Talossan culture.
  3. The honour must be conferred by Executive Order of the Cunstavál, though the General Assembly may compel the Cunstavál to confer the aforementioned honour by resolution.
