I, Chirischtoval Lauramaintsch, Prime Minister of Talossa, do hereby issue this Prime Dictate: That the month-long period of 18 May, 1998 to 20, June 1998 is FRANCIS ALBERT SINATRA MONTH, in memory of the late entertainer, beloved by Talossans everywhere.

The month should be celebrated by listening to such hits as "I've Got You Under My Skin" and "New York, New York" and watching his films, like (my favorite) "Suddenly".
