The Talossan Citizens Archive is a volunteer-driven, privately-funded public service project mandated to promote and preserve information of past and present cultural significance. Founded in 2014/XXXV by Sevastáin Pinátsch, the Archive is headquartered in the historic Marietta House in Abbavilla, Atatürk.

The TCA provides free infrastructure for modest projects intended to contribute to the collective good, including Talossa-related blogs, broadcast networks, library projects, political parties, and other special interest groups. To be considered for inclusion, project leaders should contact the TCA Cüratour with a compelling description of the proposed project idea.
