The Flúviâ Province "Restore Order" Act
WHEREAS in January the Cosâ directed the inhabitants of Southwest Territory/Flúviâ Province (John Eiffler, John McGarry, Gary Schwichtenberg) to adopt a constitution for the self-government of that Province and to cease Territorial status; and WHEREAS King Robert I graciously drafted such a constitution for them but it has never been approved or disapproved by the inhabitants, THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby orders King Robert I to conduct a referendum among the inhabitants of Flúviâ Province for the approval/disapproval of said Constitution, and to direct the installation of a legitimate constitutional government there if the referendum passes.
