Law:The Statute of Limitations Act
The Statute of Limitations Act
WHEREAS Jack Schneider has been moiling about for months (years?) trying to find dirt on various people and keeps making threats about Cort cases, but
WHEREAS these threats are veiled in secrecy and make it impossible for those threatened by legal action to prepare to defend themselves, now
THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby establishes a legal precedent and declares that for all crimes not involving bodily harm, a statute of limitations exists equal to three months, after which no person may be prosecuted for the supposed offence.
Proposed by: Robert Madison (PC-Vuode)
Scribe's Note: This Act was repealed by Act of the 42nd Cosa with the passage of The Limitations Act
