Political Career
Extra-Talossan life
Grischun's initial entry to Talossan politics saw him joining the RUMP party during the 39th Cosa and being appointed to serve as Minister of Culture by Seneschal Ieremiac'h Ventrutx.

Early life and education
He then left the RUMP to join The Fair Governance Party (FGP) for the general election to the 40th Cosa, however, towards the end of the election, the FGP collapsed with all members going their separate ways.  Grischun went on to join the Progressive Party.

Éovart was born in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1984 and has resided there his entire life.  He was raised in some of the roughest and most deprived areas of the United Kingdom where poverty, ill health, poor education, anti-social behaviour and gangfighting are rifeLuckily, his parents managed to get him into one of the better schools of Glasgow's east end, a Roman Catholic establishment with a strict but fair staff and headmaster, which ensured he was kept on the straight and narrow as he grew through adolescence.
After joining the Progressive Party, he was seated in the Cosa for the first time with two seats.  He was later elected party leader in October 2010.  However, the party soon fragmented due to internal differences between members.  The core membership had changed from it's original line up and Grischun struggled to maintain a balance of ideals that appealed to the widening gap in party membershipIn the January 2011 election the Progressives suffered losses with seat numbers going down from 89 to 57.  Grischun resigned from the party and did not serve as an MC during the 42nd Cosa.

He attended college in Glasgow's trendy west end, where he studied computer programming and technical support, achieving a Higher National Diploma.
He returned to the Cosa chamber for the 43rd Cosa in November 2011, leading the Common Sense Party (CSP).  By mid-Cosa (March 2012) the Progressive Party was about to collapse having lost most of it's members.  He successfully negotiated a merger between his CSP and the PP to form the Common Sense Progressive Party (CSPP).  He then wrote to his old friend, Owen Edwards, asking him to return to the Kingdom (Edward's had renounced his citizenship back in 2009) to help rebuild the Progressive movement.  Grischun and Edwards managed to bring the Progressive Party back to health and successfully re-cemented the ideals of progressive politics.

Work and career
Grischun took a step back from politics (and Talossa in general) for the duration of 2013 when events in his personal life demanded his complete attention.  He returned to activity in 2014 by launching a successful bid for the Vuodean Senate seat.

Éovart has followed his own career path in life, being self employed from the age of 19He has owned and operated his own businesses in the construction and automotive industries.  In summer 2011 he was forced to sell his business assets to save himself from going bust as the UK economy struggled in recession.  He has been unemployed since, living off of savings and a small government benefit and taking it way too easy.  He has never been rich, but has been comfortable enough with what he has had.  He aims to make enough money one day to move himself and his family away from Glasgow.
In February 2015, he announced his resignation from the Progressive Party to return to the RUMP Party, where his political career began six years earlierIn a public statement, he said a "slow evolution of realisation has been going on in my mind for some time now" and stated that key differences between his views and the direction of the government were reasons for his decision.  He concluded that the RUMP was more in line with his political and ideological leanings than other parties.

Personal life and family
In April 2016, he was appointed by Seneschal Cresti_Siervicül to serve as Minister of Culture for the third time.  Later that year, in the December 2016 election for the 50th Cosa, he was re-elected as Senator for Vuode.  Despite his name not appearing on the ballot paper, he was returned to serve as Senator for a second term receiving an overwhelming share of the local vote.

Éovart lives with his fiancé and fellow Talossan Perla da l'Abaþ.  He has one Dandelion, Avvi Grischun-Camerá and has two younger brothers that he is very close with.  He also has a good relationship with his mother, who lives in Birmingham, England.
After holding his seat in the Senate for 26 consecutive Clarks over a period of just over 3 years, he resigned in December 2017 as he could no longer afford enough time and attention to the post.  He then returned to the Cosa Chamber as an MC for the RUMP party.

He owns one cat (Sparkles) and a rescued border collie (Lucy).
In September of 2018 he was appointed to serve as Minister of the Interior.  His first major project in this role was to enact reforms of the Kingdom's immigration systems.

Hobbies, interests and pastimes
Provincial Politics (Vuode)
O Class Premiership
Grischun served as the O-Class Premier of Vuode from January 2010 (when the post was created) until April 2012 (when the post was abolished).

Éovart has a wide range of interests and pastimes.  He enjoys reading, particularly non-fiction, where his interests lie in, but not limited to, modern and ancient history (not so keen on the stuff in between), military history, naval architecture, engineering, computing, the physical sciences and human and animal biologyHe highly enjoys reading about and watching documentaries on conspiracy theories, with the firm belief that to build an opinion on any given subject, one must listen to all possible sides of a story, no matter how bizarre.
Constitutional Convention of 2012
In February 2012, Grischun made calls for Vuode to abandon the provincial constitution on the basis that it was failing the province. Along with fellow Vuodean citizens Sir Trotxâ Betiñéir and Viteu Marcianüs, he formed a Constitutional Convention and went on to spend the remainder of 2012 working on a new constitution which was adopted in April 2013The current constitution of Vuode was primarily authored by Grischun and, as such, was sometimes referred to as 'The Grischun Constitution'.

In his late teens he began developing a taste for politics and in his early twenties he became a member and activist for a Scottish political party.  His interest has since wayned after losing confidence and trust in the elected officials of the UKNevertheless, he is highly opinionated and whenever the news is on will normally be muttering something under his breath (often profanities) to whatever is being reported.
Vuode Premiership
Grischun was elected to serve as Premier of Vuode in June 2013 and then again in February 2014.  His latest term expired in September 2014Due to restrictions written into the provincial constitution, he was not eligible to seek a third consecutive term.

He likes spending a little time gardening and working on the odd carpentry project. From time to time he can also be found building a model aeroplane, battleship, etc.  He once built an awesome Warhammer table which had to go for lack of space.
Parish and Township naming project
Grischun is responsible for the naming of Vuode's Parishes and Townships. He spent many months researching the province's history before authoring a Byelaw, (The Parishes and Townships Decree), which named the Province's six Parishes and sixty-nine Townships.

He has studied several martial arts, an interest introduced from the age of eight after his father enrolled him in Tae-Kwon-Do classes.  He worked his way through gradings to achieve a red belt (one from black) before switching arts to Jeet-kun-DoHe did not like JKD, feeling it lacked in discipline compared to what he had already learned and so after a short spell he moved on to dabble in Mhai Thai kickboxing and Tang Soo Do as well as the weapon arts of Kendo and Silat before finally returning to Tae-Kwon-Do.  He has not practiced in these arts since the age of 19.  These days he prefers to practice T'ai Chi and yoga, in which he is self taught.
Serving in the Chancery
Deputy Secretary of State
Grischun served as Deputy Secretary of State From April 2012 to December 2012 during the tenure of Secretary of State Iusti CanunDuring this time he ran several Clark sessions on behalf of the Chancery as well as having responsibility over some immigration cases.  He administered the first half of the July 2012 general election and also helped to certify the results at the conclusion of the election.

In 2012 he decided to become more active after a few years of being lazy.  He took up cycling, running and plays 5-a-side football (soccer).
Extra-Talossan life
Éovart is currently training to take part in the 2013 Tough Mudder event .
Grischun was born in Glasgow, Scotland, in October of 1984.  He has one Dandelion, Avvi Grischun-Camerá and a rescued border collie named Lucy. He has a wide range of interests and pastimes.  He is an avid cyclist and runner and is an outdoors enthusiast with hobbies such as hill walking, hiking, mountaineering and camping.  He enjoys reading, watching documentaries and getting creative by drawing, painting or making music.

Éovart (Eðo) Grischun

Éovart (Eðo) Davíu Grischun (Edward "Eddie" David Grice, b. 27 October 1984), is a citizen of Talossa and of the province of Vuode after becoming a naturalized Talossan on 20 February 2009. He is the currently serving as Minister of the Interior and as a Member of the Cosa.

Grischun has been involved in many aspects of Talossan life including party politics, provincial politics and national government as well as being a contributor to Talossan culture in general. He is a former leader of the CSPP, PP and RUMP political parties, a multiple term Member of the Cosa, a multiple term Senator and has held numerous offices in various capacities including cabinet level positions. He is also a recipient of the Prime Minister's Patriotic Award.

Political Career

Grischun's initial entry to Talossan politics saw him joining the RUMP party during the 39th Cosa and being appointed to serve as Minister of Culture by Seneschal Ieremiac'h Ventrutx.

He then left the RUMP to join The Fair Governance Party (FGP) for the general election to the 40th Cosa, however, towards the end of the election, the FGP collapsed with all members going their separate ways. Grischun went on to join the Progressive Party.

After joining the Progressive Party, he was seated in the Cosa for the first time with two seats. He was later elected party leader in October 2010. However, the party soon fragmented due to internal differences between members. The core membership had changed from it's original line up and Grischun struggled to maintain a balance of ideals that appealed to the widening gap in party membership. In the January 2011 election the Progressives suffered losses with seat numbers going down from 89 to 57. Grischun resigned from the party and did not serve as an MC during the 42nd Cosa.
