Breneir Itravilatx (Brandon Nakasato) is a citizen of Talossa and formerly of the province of Maritiimi-Maxhestic now Florencia. Itravilatx became a citizen of Talossa on 27 September 2007.

Itravilatx, from near the beginning of his immigration, has involved himself in Talossan life including party politics, provincial politics, government and culture. He is the current leader of the Talossan National Congress, former leader of the Progressive Party, several-time member of the Cosa, Senator for Maritiimi-Maxhestic, and former member of the Royal Treasury Reserve Board.

In government he currently serves as Minister of Foreign Affairs where he helped to create the Bureau for Humanitarian Aid and International Development and has increased Talossa’s standing in the extra-Talossan world through diplomacy with states such as Enclava, Liberland and Sealand. As a member of the Cosa, Itravilatx has successfully shepherded legislation establishing Human Rights Day as a national holiday, setting governmental policy on climate change, setting governmental policy in response to the Burmese Saffron Revolution, Chancery Reform, and the establishment of a Talossan humanitarian aid organization.

In provincial politics he has served as Maritiimi-Maxhestic’s Grand General Secretary and as a member of the provincial assembly.

In culture, Itravilatx is a Talossan poet and winner of the El Pretz Per Tomas poetry prize for The Lantern.
