The '''Bureau of Social Publicity Administration and Management''' (or, Bureau of SPAM) is a branch of the [[Ministry of STUFF]].  Historically, it oversees the [[Gremiour Talossan dels Zesegneirs Telaragneschti]] (GTZT, or Talossan Website Designer's Guild). The bureau chief is titled the "Head Spammajamma".

Given the relative inactivity of the GTZT, the office was left intentionally vacant during the [[47th Cosa]], as the Right Honourable [[Sevastáin Pinátsch]] considered the oversight of the Guild well within the abilities of himself and his deputies, without the need for additional middle management.
 
As of the [[48th Cosa]], the Bureau will hold responsibility for the maintenance of Talossa's various social media presences, as directed by the Minister.
