Eugene Oh was Royal Governor of Péngöpäts. He served admirably in the post from 26 February 2006 until replaced by the appointment of Munditenens Tresplet on 8 July 2012.
Oh became a Talossan citizen on 10 November 2005, and served in the Singapore military during his years as a Talossan, in an example of the generous military assistance offered by Talossa to foreign nations. As Royal Governor, Oh oversaw an environment in which the crime and death rate for humans was very low, although there were a large number of penguin fatalities.
