Istefan Éovart Perþonest (Steven Edward Ehrbar, b. 25 March 1978) is the Regent of the University of Talossa, Cunstaval of Fiova, and Minister of Finance (and thus Chairman of the Royal Bank & Post).
Perþonest became Talossan on 21 February 1998.
