The Judiciary of the Kingdom of Talossa consists of a superior court, the Cort Pü Inalt or Uppermost Court, as well as an inferior court called the Magistracy. In both courts, the cases are assigned by a Clerk of Courts.
Established by the Organic Law, the Judiciary rules based on the provisions of the Organic Law, the existing statutory law, as well as various precedents and judicial common sense. The justices of the Uppermost Cort are required to wear official wigs while dispensing justice.
