Appointment of Ambassador to France
I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:
Whereas, it is the desire of my administration to establish peaceful and friendly relations with the nation of France, and
Whereas, Amy Durnford has expressed interest in serving as the Talossan Ambassador to France and will be making a visit to France in the very near future,
Therefore I hereby appoint Amy Durnford as the new Talossan Ambassador to France.
Done under my hand this twenty-eighth day of March, two thousand and five.
