Concerning the Scribe of Abbavilla
I, Iustì Canun, Seneschal del Regipäts Talossan, with all duly vested executive authority and stuff, do hereby PROMULGATE this PRIME DICTATE:
WHEREAS Olaf Brainerd has pretty much disappeared, and
WHEREAS we need somebody to do the job, and
WHEREAS Alexandreu Gavárþic'h has been (in his own words) "the chief whiner," now
THEREFORE I do hereby appoint Alexandreu Gavárþic'h as The Scribe of Abbavilla and authorize him to carry out any and all duties associated with this office.
