WHEREAS, Mark Hamilton is a resident of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Kingdom of Talossa currently has no diplomatic relations with the Province,
THE COSÂ HEREBY DECLARES that Mark Hamilton of Atatürk Province shall become the first Talossan Consul-General to Nova Scotia.
