34PD7 — Declaration of a Living Cosa
I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:
WHEREAS, Immigration Day IV will be held on Saturday, 9 April 2005, and
WHEREAS, it would be desirable to hold a Living Cosâ for the benefit of any prospectives who may be present,
THEREFORE a Living Cosâ shall be held at the East Side Library in Mussolini Province at 12:00 pm Standard Talossan Time on Saturday, 9 April 2005. All Talossans are strongly encouraged to attend in person, or if unable, to participate in some way.
