34PD12 — Defence Ministry PD

I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:

WHEREAS, the Cabinet position of Defence Minister recently became available, and

WHEREAS, new citizen Joe Clark has expressed interest in the defence of Talossa,

THEREFORE I hereby appoint Mr. Joe Clark to my Cabinet as the Defence Minister.
