Derecognition of Porto Claro

I, Chirischtôval Lauramáintsch, with all my powers and stuff, do issue this Prime Dictate: The Porto Claro Act of October 1996 is hereby repealed, effectively withdrawing any recognition of any of the Porto Claros out there.
