34PD3 — Ministry of Culture PD

I, Fritz von Buchholtz, Seneshal del Regipats Talossan, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:

I hereby appoint Victor Idowu to the cabinet post of Ministry of Culture and authorize him to carry out any and all duties associated with this office.
