I, Fritz von Buchholtz, Seneshál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:

WHEREAS Napoleon's Game Store, which closed last April, has always played a part in the history of Talossa, and

WHEREAS it represented the best of what is Talossa's national pastime,

THEREFORE I hereby declare September 15th, the day Napoleon's opened its doors in 1979, to be recognized and celebrated as "Game Day" in the Kingdom of Talossa.
