40PD1 — The Pluto is TOO a Planet! Dictate

I, Iustì Canun, Seneschal del Regipäts Talossan, with all duly vested executive authority and stuff, do hereby PROMULGATE this PRIME DICTATE:

WHEREAS in 2006, the International Astronomical Union officially declared that Pluto is no longer to be classified as a planet, and

WHEREAS what is my very excellent mother just supposed to serve us nine of if Pluto isn't a planet anymore?

THEREFORE it is the official position of the Government of the Kingdom of Talossa that Pluto is still to be considered a planet.
