Referring the Organic Law to the People
22 PD1 - Referring the Organic Law to the People WHEREAS the Talossan Organic Law Convention has diligently and over the course of several months constructed a superior new document on which we may base the government of this Kingdom, and
WHEREAS the Talossan people must be consulted to effect such a monumental decision,
THEREFORE a referendum shall be held from June 20th to July 5th, managed by the Secretary of State, to determine the will of the people on the question of whether this great new Organic Law shall be adopted, and to determine the mode of selection for Senators in the various provinces.
