34PD8 — Terri Schiavo PD
I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:
WHEREAS, Terri Schiavo passed away on this day, after languishing in a vegetative state for fifteen years, and
WHEREAS, regardless of a person's stance on the issue and manner of her death all should agree that at last she is resting in peace, and
WHEREAS, it would be fitting to remember the life, achievements and gifts of Terri Schiavo,
THEREFORE, a Day of Mourning will be observed for Terri Schiavo on April 1, 2005. On this day of mourning we should take an opportunity to let our loved ones know of our own wishes should we ever find ourselves in an unfortunate situation like that of Terri Schiavo. Living Wills are hereby recommended for all Talossans.
