22RZ11 — The Berber Heritage Month Act

WHEREAS, Ben Madison first uncovered "evidence" of Talossa's supposed Berber Heritage in March, 1985; and

WHEREAS, Talossa has no organized forum in which to discuss, debate, or denounce Berbers and Berber Heritage,

THEREFORE, the Cosâ hereby names the month of March as "Berber Heritage Month" in Talossa, and encourages all citizens to express themselves in whatever medium is appropriate, on the question of Talossa's real or imagined Berbercentric prehistory. Note: In the year 1997, the Berber Heritage Month is postponed till April, otherwise the Clark won't be voted on till after it's over.
