7RC11 — The Cézembre Control Act

Whereas, Citizen Frédéric Maugey has abandoned what he calls "the political part" of Talossa and no longer participates, the Cosa hereby revokes his rule (now his non-rule) over the isle of Cézembre and reimposes central rule over the island.
