25 RZ74 - The Civil Services Commendation Resolution WHEREAS certain patriotic and dedicated Talossan citizens have taken on the demanding jobs of providing necessary public services for the continued functioning of the Government; and

WHEREAS they receive no compensation whatsoever, except for feelings of personal enjoyment; and

WHEREAS foremost of these demanding jobs is the Secretary of State's Office and the Immigration Ministry;

THEREFORE the Ziu hereby acknowledges the services of the following, thanking them for their efforts: Secretary of State Johan Anglemark, Deputy Secretary of State R. Ben Madison, and Immigration Minister Gjermund Higraff; and

FURTHERMORE the Ziu recommends all to the Monarch for High Honors of the Kingdom (even though Madison is Monarch).
