The Come Up With a New Constituziun Act
Whereas the Talossan Constituziun has been heavily amended to bring its text into line with political realities and public need, the Cosâ hereby empowers the Secretary of State to compile the completely revised Constituziun, as amended to date, and to sell it to the public at cost.
