8RC19 — The Decade Committee Act

The Cosâ hereby establishes a Decade Committee to study how best to celebrate & commemorate Talossa's 10th anniversary (26 Dec 89). Robert Madison, Dan Lorentz, John Jahn, Florence Yarney, Jean Williams, and others to be invited by this Committee shall sit on the Committee.
