The Evan Gallagher Act

The Cosâ hereby approves Evan Gallagher, of Australia, as Talossa's 52nd Citizen. His "What Talossa Means to Me" Essay appeared in Støtanneu sometime in August, and he has since been recommended for our approval by the Uppermost Cort.
