7RC40

The Legal Clarity and Honesty Act

Henceforth, any bill designed to repeal or amend a law, not written by the person who proposed the law to be repealed or amended, must contain a full and accurate description of the law to be repealed or amended. This bill will stifle those dishonest politicians who seek the repeal of good laws by hoodwinking unsuspecting Cosâ members with absurd caricatures of laws. For examples of this vile behaviour, see the DDP's repeal of the Party Consensus Encouragement Act in the March Clark or the DDP's repeal of the Electoral Reform Act in the April Clark. Proposed by: Robert Madison (PC-Vuode)
