The Make Garth Spencer Our Second Permanent Resident Act

WHEREAS a new temporary law is in effect modifying the way prospectives become citizen, and; WHEREAS Garth Spencer is the second prospective to have succesfully followed all the steps leading to the title of Permanent Resident, and;

THEREFORE

The Ziu resolves to make Garth Spencer a permanent resident as per LZ7 of the 29th Ziu.
