The Cosâ passed the "People tp Provinces Act"(RC22, Apr 88) unanimously, which was to assign provincial membership to any and all citizens not currently so assigned. This was to be according to the province the Citizen lived in or lived closest to. To date, nothing official has been done concerning this act.
