The Prisoners of War Act
WHEREAS the Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners of War is adhered to by all civilized nations; and
WHEREAS Talossa is a civilized nation;
THEREFORE Talossa accedes to the Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners of War.
