23RZ41 — The Wisconsin Day Act

WHEREAS, Talossa's big, friendly neighboring US state, Wisconsin ("it surrounds us, it penetrates us, it binds us together...") celebrates its sesquicentennial this year; and

WHEREAS it has been kind enough to let us exist unmolested for 19 years;

THEREFORE Talossa hereby congratulates the state on its 150th birthday, and declares May 29th, 1998 to be "Wisconsin Day" in Talossa. (Wisconsin became a state on 5/29/1848.)
