The Worm Act

Whereas Andrew Worm has been enthusiastically and unanimously recommended by the Talossan Cort Inalt (MC NK sat in for Justice Erni, whose location was a mystery. Both Justice Madison and Schneider consented to this temporary replacement.), Therefore Talossa welcomes Andrew to our unique community and grants him official citizenship.
