Ma la Mha the Baron Hooligan is a Florencian and one of the two founders of the RUMP, and one of its most important leaders throughout its existence. A two-term Seneschal, he has also served as Distain, [[Minister of Stuff, and Minister of Immigration. He has served in every Cosa since his immigration on 12 July 2005/XXVI, and also served as Senator.
Ma la Mha was elevated to a barony on 20 Sep 2005/XXVI.
