Ma la Mha

Ma la Mha the Baron Hooligan is the Seneschal of Talossa, a Florencian and one of the two founders of the RUMP. A three-term Seneschal, he has also served as Distain, Minister of Stuff, and Minister of Immigration. He has served in every Cosa since his immigration on 12 July 2005/XXVI, and also served as Senator.

Ma la Mha was elevated to a barony on 20 Sep 2005/XXVI.
