Martì Páir Furxhéir (Martin-Pierre Frenette) was a citizen of Talossa. He served nearly five Cosas as Secretary of State before leaving the Kingdom during the crisis of 2004 that created the Talossan Republic.

Furxhéir became a citizen of Talossa on 21 January 2001/XXII and two months later was appointed Secretary of State by Prime Minister Michael Pope to commence the fourth Clark of the 28th Cosa. He held the post until the conclusion of the 32nd Cosa.
