The Royal Talossan Navy, established 30 November 1987 and overseen by the Bureau of the Navy, an agency of the Ministry of Defence, is the oldest of the three military services. The Navy prefers enlisting persons with naval background or who own and operate boats (even if remote-controlled miniature vessels) that become part of the Talossan fleet as His Majesty's Ships (SMV) during service.
The senior officer is Admiral Tímoþi Asmourescu.
