Notes

Incumbent Senator Pànetâ, having failed to vote in both the first Clark of this Cosa and the final Clark of the 34th Cosa, vacated the Florencian Senate seat, and it was filled by appointment of Senator Woolley, who commenced service with the second Clark of this Cosa.

The renunciation of Maricopa's Senator Pete Hottelet after the conclusion of the 34th Cosa came too late to allow for the seat to be filled through by-election, and no appointment had been made to the vacant seat through the first two Clarks of the 35th Cosa. The seat was filled by appointment for the fourth Clark.

Due to Senator Danihel Laurier's failure to vote in the final two Clarks of the 34th Cosa, the Maritiimi-Maxhestic Senate seat was vacated. A by-election should have been held, but was not, and it was not until after the first Clark of the 35th Cosa when Senator von Buchholtz was appointed to the seat.

The renunciation of Maritiimi-Maxhestic's Senator Gary Cone after the conclusion of the 34th Cosa came too late to allow for the seat to be filled through by-election. The seat was filled by appointment and Senator Castiglha represented the province throughout the 35th Cosa.

The renunciation of Maricopa's Senator Amy Durnford after the conclusion of the 34th Cosa came too late to allow for the seat to be filled through by-election, and no appointment had been made to the vacant seat through the first Clark of the 35th Cosa. The seat was filled by appointment for the second Clark, with the new Senator, Baron Hooligan, resigning his single seat in the Cosa to take up service representing Vuode in the Senate.

Senator Felici failed to vote in the first two Clarks. Although he had also failed to vote in the final Clark of the 34th Cosa, the Secretary of State determined that Felici's re-election to office would require two (and not just a single) failure to vote before the seat would be vacated. Accordingly, it was vacated after the second Clark, and filled by appointment. The appointee, Senator Betiñéir, did not hold sufficient tenure of citizenship to Organically vote the seat, and served without voting throughout his three Clarks of service representing Cézembre.
