The cabinet led by Seneschal Sir Cresti Siervicül, UrN came to power on 28 March 2016/XXXVII after elections to the 49th Cosa, when Sir Cresti was appointed by His Majesty King John. He took over from Carlüs Xheraltescu. The other ministers were appointed on 4 April. Sir Cresti's party, the RUMP, which was led by Sir Alexandreu Davinescu, UrN came second in the elections, but managed to form a coalition with the MRPT led by Lüc da Schir and the newly formed TNC, led by Breneir Itravilatx.
