A Talossan is a citizen of the Kingdom of Talossa. You may become a Talossan either by immigration or birth, depending on whether or not your parents were Talossans (making you a Dandelion). Less-frequently, the term Talossan can be used to refer to someone who is not a citizen, but still an advocate for Talossan culture, or occasionally for a [[[prospective Citizen]] who awaits naturalisation.
