Usage

This is a welcome page for a new user account. To use it, just add {{welcome}} to their talk page. All users should get this on their talk page, and everyone should feel free to put it on the talk page of any new user that they see (unless their username is BambiSpam746712, in which case they're probably a spammer and you shouldn't bother).
