Üc Rentzefiglheu Tärfâ is a Talossan citizen from the province of Fiovă.
A Reviensadeir, Tärfâ had been a citizen of the Republic since 2005, and upon joining the Kingdom has been mostly active in provincial politics as a member of the ZRT and subsequently the Free Democrats of Talossa; he served as Capitán of Fiovă between 2016 and 2017, and as Provincial Secretary of State in the second half of 2012.
An Italian, Tärfâ has in the past expressed a vehement distaste for the name of the province of Benito, saying that he could not foresee switching to his "natural" province until the name is not changed. As of 2018, Ian Anglatzara remains the only Fiovan to have reverted back to his original province.
