Þerxh Sant-Enogat
þerxh Sant-Enogat is a citizen of Talossa and resident of Cézembre. Sant-Enogat became a Talossan citizen on 8 May 2023/XLIV, and currently resides in France, alternatively in Paris and in Dinard, where he can enjoy a very partial view from his top-floor window to the Cézembre island.
He started his political life as a member of the Talossan National Congress, and was designated to lead the party after the resignation of its founder on 1 September 2023/XLIV.
Following the elections of the 59th Cosa, Sant-Enogat was nominated Distain, MinImm and MinSTUFF in the first Excelsio cabinet. As Distain, he became Seneschal when Bråneu Excelsio resigned from all his Cabinet positions and from his Talossan citizenship on 6 January 2024/XLV. The Sant-Enogat cabinet was announced on 24 January 2024.
At the end of the 59th Cosa, Sant-Enogat resigned from the TNC, and on 27 May 2024/XLV, he created the Progressive Alliance to run for the elections for the 60th Cosa. Following a very inactive campaign on his side, he only managed to gather 6 votes (out of which the 3 candidate MCs), which gave the Party 15 seats.
He was designated Túischac'h (Speaker of the Cosa) on 14 July 2024/XLV, despite his very bad knowledge of the Talossan legislative processes.
He is also a proud member of l'Etats de Cézembre since 6 June 2023/XLIV, and has been elected Sénéchal de Cézembre on 1 November 2023/XLIV (mostly because he was the only candidate).
Sant-Enogat is also known for creating the Óifisch Rexhital del Tourismeu dal Insulā da Cézembre, a.k.a the Royal Tourist Office of the Island of Cézembre, of which he is the current Director.
He is a Private Second Class in the Zouaves of the Royal Bodyguard.
Sant-Enogat's Arms were granted on the twenty-sixth day of December 2023/XLIV, being the Independence Day Honours. Depiction of these Arms are "Quarterly vert and gules, a cross ermine and in dexter chief a muted horn palewise argent".
