The Judicial Jumpstart Act
WHEREAS it is hard to get all three Cort justices together in one place at one time, and Whereas each Ustice has the requisite judicial experience to render an authoritative legal judgement unimpeded by static from his colleagues, Therefore the Cosâ hereby adds the following to Art. 81 of the Constituziun:
However, a single Justice of the Uppermost Cort may hear a case n his own if this is acceptable to the other two members of the Cort. He shall be appointed to do so by unanimous vote of the entire three-person Cort, and shall render a decision on the case as if he were a majority of the whole Cort. His decison becomes that of the Cort itself and may not be appealed.
