Initial Statement
On 12 September 2005/XXVI, Senior Justice Lauriéir delivered the opinion of the Cort:
- The Talossan Uppermost Cort will not decide on whether to grant Daviu Ardit's citizenship petition. His petition for a pardon is neither rejected, nor granted. This Cort reports that it is unable to decide on the merits of his petition disspassionately, and therefore it officially punts the decision to a future Cort or a future Regent or Council of Regency.
Ruling
On 2 December 2005/XXVI, Senior Justice Metáiriâ delivered the opinion of the Cort:
- The Uppermost Cort voted unanimously to REJECT the application for citizenship restoration brough forth by Daviu Ardit.
