I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:

WHEREAS, the Ziu approved The Burgermeister of Inland Revenue Act on the July Clark thereby re-establishing the noble position of Burgermeister of Inland Revenue, and

WHEREAS, the financial affairs of the Kingdom of Talossa should be handled in a more professional and official manner, and

WHEREAS, Greg Rajala has displayed the virtues of integrity and honesty,

THEREFORE I hereby appoint Greg Rajala as the Burgermeister of Inland Revenue and authorize him to carry out any and all duties associated with this office.
