34PD16 — Chief Officer of the Office of National Names PD
I, Márcüs Cantaloûr, Seneschál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:
WHEREAS, many Talossan citizens and prospective citizens, out of a profound love for our native Talossan language wish to make use of their Talossan name, and
WHEREAS, the Office of National Names was re-established by the Ziu in order to faciliatate the process by which citizens received a Talossan name, and
WHEREAS, the Office of National Names remains devoid of any members and officers,
THEREFORE I appoint R. Ben Madison as the Chief Officer of the Office of National Names, who will work in conjunction with the Prime Minister and the Immigration Minister to develop an efficient naming procedure.
