A citizen of Talossa since 25 April 2010/XXXI, Cjantscheir was appointed Seneschal by King John on the recommendation of the RUMP after that party prevailed in the elections for the 42nd Cosa. Before taking office, S:da Cjantscheir entered into the Chancellorship of the Royal Talossan Bar, where she has since overseen legal affairs and professional standards within the Talossan legal community.
Seneschal
Dame Litz Cjantscheir served as Seneschal during the 42nd and 43rd Cosas, with her terms commencing on 18 January 2011 and concluding on 19 July 2012. Her administration focused on judicial reform and increasing ministerial activity. Notably, her second term was marked by the "modest proposal" from the Talossan Republic, leading to the Reunision process. This culminated in granting citizenship to former Republicans on 20 April 2012 and the creation of the province of Fiôvâ on 1 June 2012, shortly before the end of her tenure.

Personal Life
Litz Cjantscheir was born on 24 October 1985/VI, in King's College Hospital, London, to her parents, Bernard and Catherine Naylor. She has one brother, Christopher (Chris) Naylor, and currently lives about five miles from her family home in London, UK.
She attended local schools in South London and developed an early interest in public speaking, winning several regional debating competitions as a teenager. Her passion for law led her to study at the University of Greenwich, where she obtained an LL.B (Hons) in Law. She then pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M) at Queen Mary University of London and University College London (UCL).
Professionally, outside of Talossa, she works in a well-established London law firm, specialising in public law, human rights, and regulatory compliance. She has also undertaken pro bono work, particularly in cases concerning social justice and civil liberties.
Beyond her legal career, Cjantscheir has a strong interest in history, particularly mediaeval and Tudor England. She frequently visits historic sites across the UK and Europe, with Florence, Edinburgh, and Bruges among her favourite destinations. She is fluent in French and has studied Latin, which she occasionally references in legal writings.
A keen reader, she enjoys classic political theory and philosophy, with works by Cicero, Machiavelli, and John Stuart Mill among her favourites. She also has a love for British detective fiction, particularly Agatha Christie's Poirot series.
Cjantscheir is a supporter of the arts, regularly attending West End theatre productions and Shakespearean plays. During her university years, she took part in student theatre, performing as Portia in "The Merchant of Venice" and Lady Macbeth in "Macbeth". She also enjoys classical music, especially the works of Vivaldi and Elgar.
An animal lover, she has two cats, Themis and Apollo, named after figures from mythology, and a rescue Labrador-cross named Winston. She supports several animal welfare charities and has been involved in fundraising for rescue shelters.
Despite her professional and political achievements, she is known for her dry sense of humour and sharp wit. She enjoys countryside walks at the weekend, browsing second-hand bookshops, and a well-made cup of tea. Though she remains happily unmarried, she has often joked that "the law is my one true love."
