Constitution of Fiovă
The Constitution is the highest provincial law which governs the organization and the life of Fiovă. It has been first approved by the Constituent Assembly on the 21st of May 2012/XXXIII, and it could be amended only by a 2/3 majority in the General Assembly.

Provincial Elections and Referenda
Elections in Fiovă are conducted by the Provincial Secretary with secret ballot under an alternative vote system where each voter ranks the list of candidates in order of preference: voters place a '1' beside their most preferred candidate, a '2' beside their second most preferred, and so on.
